ACHD Complexity Classification. Adults with CHD are classified as Simple, Moderate, or Complex (ACC/AHA 2018). Complex lesions (single ventricle, TGA, Fontan) should be managed at ACHD centers of excellence. Echo findings should be interpreted in the context of prior surgical history and haemodynamic status.
